The Space
The boat is perfect for one person and cosy for two. For sleeping arrangements you can choose from the small double bed or fold down sofa bed. Should you need to cook a compact kitchen with basic kitchen utensils, four ring gas hob and oven. A tiny wood burner and oil radiator for heat, plus hot water bottle and plenty of extra blankets. A tiny bath and hand held shower for washing and a compost toilet. The bed doors open up to a small deck with views of the lock and towpath, the perfect spot for a coffee or evening glass of vino.
The Locality
The boat is 5mins walk from London Fields Lido which opens at 6am for a morning dip and power shower whatever the weather. Bustling Broadway Street Market is open Saturday & Sunday when the neighbourhood comes alive with weekend vibes, pick up some reading material from the local bookshop, records, cheeses, vintage clothing or just hangout and people watch.
If your around on a Sunday Columbia Road flower Market is a 10min walk away. We recommend Sunday Roast at The Approach a proper boozer with an open fire in Bethnal Green (but do book ahead) it’s a 15min amble down the canal towpath.
